Job summary

Meta is seeking experienced Product Managers to lead AI-powered initiatives across the company. You will work with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to translate AI capabilities into scalable product visions and drive the roadmap through cross-functional collaboration.

You will evaluate when AI is appropriate, champion data strategies, and push for rapid experimentation while ensuring responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
• 10+ years product management and/or Product Design.
• Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre- and post-launch execution.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area and drive product mission, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations.
• Critically evaluate when AI is the optimal solution at portfolio level.
• Translate AI capabilities into compelling, differentiated product visions.
• Champion AI-native strategies including data strategies and continuous improvement.
• Drive product development with engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
• Coordinate resources from cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps and milestones.
• Reimagine workflows using AI tools to transform velocity at scale.
• Foster rapid experimentation and learning as a competitive advantage.
• Scale AI best practices, workflows, and artifacts across the organization.
• Plan and manage IT projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms.
• Orchestrate complex execution across organizations by combining AI automation with human oversight.
