Job summary

Meta is hiring extremely effective Product Managers to drive AI transformation at scale. You will work with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to identify opportunities, build roadmaps, and translate AI capabilities into differentiated products.

You will champion responsible AI practices and lead cross-functional teams through complex programs and milestones. Candidates should have 10+ years in product management or design, with a strong track record in AI-native strategies

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
10+ years of experience working with engineering, design and user research teams.
10+ years product management and/or Product Design.
Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.
Experience navigating full product life-cycle with customer feedback.
Experience presenting to executive audiences.
Experience building 0-1 AI-native products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
Experience in a consumer-focused technology company.
Track record of scaling AI best practices across organizations.
Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows.
Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices.

Responsibilities

Identify near and long-term opportunities within a large product area and drive roadmaps aligning with goals.
Build consensus across organizations and bring clarity to ambiguous opportunities.
Evaluate when AI is the best solution and perform rigorous tradeoffs.
Translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions and market categories.
Champion AI-native strategies and data-driven improvement across the org.
Lead product development with engineers and designers while maintaining team health.
Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and milestones.
Reimagine workflows using AI tools to boost team velocity at scale.
Foster rapid experimentation and learning for competitive advantage.
Scale AI practices across the organization and ensure responsible use.
Plan and manage IT projects for web-based products and platforms.
Combine AI automation with strategic human oversight for execution.
