Job summary

Google’s YouTube Go To Market Solutions team seeks a Manager of Product to architect and execute AI-driven transformation across YouTube’s mission-critical business platforms. You will oversee an end-to-end Go-to-Market portfolio and connect Enterprise Support, Creator and Customer Success, Global Partnerships, and BI.

You will operationalize production-grade Agentic AI, large-scale models, and Next-Gen AI into daily operations, shaping the enterprise AI benchmark at Google.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of leadership experience in Product Management or Technical Solutions Delivery.
• 3 years leading product teams and cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, SQL).
• Experience working with AI/ML teams to deliver automated solutions in a customer support context.
• Experience managing product roadmaps using prioritization frameworks, empathy maps, and design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and advocate the overarching product strategy spanning YouTube core business systems.
• Communicate transparently with Executives, VPs, and cross-functional heads translating roadmaps into business value.
• Lead continuous customer and partner discovery to translate pain points into prioritized roadmaps and OKRs.
• Partner with engineering on detailed systems design and ongoing delivery.
• Move AI initiatives from PoC to production-grade tools automating workflows and improving decisions.
