Kettle is seeking an AI-native Product Design Lead to steer the product vision for AI-powered features across a major account. You’ll own workstreams, partner with designers, and collaborate with clients to translate complex requirements into compelling, usable experiences.

You’ll design across iOS/Android and web, apply design systems at enterprise scale, and use AI tools to accelerate thinking and craft. Candidates should bring leadership, clarity, and a proven record delivering user-focused

Qualifications

• Agency or related environments designing iOS and Android native apps and websites
• Experience designing AI-enabled features and AI-driven user experiences
• Fluency with AI tools as part of design workflows
• Experience leading workstreams and guiding team decisions
• Experience delivering user-focused solutions in enterprise tech or consumer products
• Clear communication style for internal and senior-client presentations
• Comfort activating against enterprise-scale design systems

Responsabilités

• Design AI-powered product experiences with rigorous thinking about edge cases and trust signals
• Deliver across visual/UI/UX artifacts (prototypes, designs, annotations, wireframes)
• Solve complex experience challenges with usable, beautiful interfaces
• Own distinct workstreams with leadership guidance
• Partner with product management, engineering, and development teams
• Work on a client-facing embedded team to align business needs with user experience
• Adapt to rapid iteration or long-horizon product thinking
• Proactively ideate with teammates and clients
