Planet Pharma seeks a Senior Consultant to lead a focused 12-month effort to simplify end-to-end PDE and R&D processes, aligning PDE with QMS while applying governed automation and AI where it improves speed, quality, and compliance. You will partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and other functions and influence leaders without direct authority.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, quality, operations, business or related field.
15+ years of experience in product development, quality systems, operational excellence, process engineering or related discipline.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation or improvements in a matrixed org.
Knowledge of FDA QSR and ISO 13485 and regulated environments.

Mansioni

Assess and map end-to-end PDE, QMS, and related processes across R&D.
Develop a prioritized simplification roadmap based on value, risk, and readiness.
Redesign processes to remove steps and unclear handoffs while preserving compliance and patient safety.
Lead pilots and measure performance, then scale successful changes across the org.
Establish governance, ownership, and documentation for AI-enabled processes.
