Nao Medical’s Bronx 174th clinic is hiring a Physician Assistant for an outpatient role. The position offers a base salary of $125K–$188K with up to $45K in bonuses and up to $5K sign-on, plus AI-assisted charting to reduce paperwork. The team emphasizes patient-centered care and modern tools in a supportive environment.

Required NYS PA license, NCCPA, Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, and EMR/HIPAA experience. New grads welcome; DEA/Suboxone and CDL certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• NYS PA license and NCCPA certification are required.
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required.
• EMR experience and HIPAA knowledge are required.
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months is required.
• DEA preferred or willingness to obtain; Suboxone and CDL certification.
• New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care.
• Educate patients on preventive health and wellness.
• Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools.
