Job summary

Vizient seeks a Product Owner/Manager to independently own defined internal platform capabilities and AI-enabled workflows. You will manage the backlog, translate business logic into scalable, configuration-driven features, and partner with engineering to accelerate delivery in an AI-first product model.

You will conduct internal discovery, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, and balance priorities across internal client needs, architecture, and governance.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Typically possesses 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, ownership, platform products, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience as Product Owner/PM with backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and near‑term roadmap for internal platform capabilities and AI workflow support.
• Conduct discovery with internal users to identify pain points and adoption barriers.
• Translate business needs into scalable configuration-driven platform capabilities with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Balance priorities across client value, engineering capacity and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI delivery, security, data and design teams to sequence work and deliver platform capabilities.
