• Guide customers during software evaluations and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal teams on benchmarks and validation.
• Contribute to training materials, documentation, and presentations.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to product teams.
• Act as liaison across development, product, sales and marketing.
