Job summary

Compassus, in partnership with OhioHealth at Home, is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care while leveraging AI-supported documentation to streamline notes and review outcomes. The role focuses on hands-on therapy and efficient documentation to enhance patient outcomes.

You will conduct mobility-focused sessions, document progress in real time, and collaborate with care teams. A BS in PT, active licensure, and BLS within 30 days are required; two years in acute or rehab

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
• Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions tailored to patient mobility and recovery goals.
• Leverage AI systems to capture therapy progress accurately in real time.
• Connect with patients without being distracted by documentation tasks.
