Job summary

Prolific is seeking Licensed Pharmacists to help train and evaluate AI models. You will review AI-generated pharmacy scenarios, assess accuracy and safety, and contribute explanations and improved exemplars for learning.

This is a domain expert role with compensation per task and flexible, remote work. Applicants should hold an active pharmacist license (PharmD or RPh), have recent clinical experience, and be comfortable working independently from home as a self-employed contributor.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active pharmacist license (PharmD or equivalent).
• Recent retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Independent status as self-employed is acceptable for task participation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated pharmacy scenarios for accuracy, safety and clinical reasoning.
• Compare model answers with current pharmacy standards and justify best choices.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide training of models.
