Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Payments team is seeking a Product Manager to define customer experiences, leverage AI, and navigate regulatory requirements to scale data-driven payment solutions across lending and deposit products.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, operations specialists, and business partners in a fast-paced, AI-first environment to deliver innovative and compliant payments experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Experience using AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to optimize the product development lifecycle
