Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-enabled enterprise transformations.
• Background blending strategy consulting with applied AI.
• Track record delivering measurable ROI from automation and AI initiatives.
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives and influence strategy.
• Knowledge of large enterprise operations across multiple functions (R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR).

Responsibilities

• Define EPAM's GTM strategy for transformation programs.
• Partner with sales and presales to craft value propositions and drive closures.
• Represent EPAM at industry events to elevate market position.
• Author thought leadership on AI-driven operations.
• Lead automation engagements end to end from assessment to scaled adoption.
