Tory Burch seeks a senior analytics leader to shape reporting, AI, and automation for Logistics & Distribution. You will partner with Technology and business teams to translate priorities into scalable dashboards, data models, and governed AI solutions.

With 10+ years in analytics and BI, you will drive efficiency, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional improvements that boost visibility and productivity across Supply Chain, Retail, and Finance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, automation, or related business technology disciplines.
• Strong experience developing and supporting BI, reporting, dashboarding, or analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL or similar data querying tools.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, data requirements, solution designs, or reporting frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, Technology, and data teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, adoption, and lifecycle management of analytics, automation, and AI solutions.
• Own the business-side execution of approved changes, translating business requirements and Technology direction into usable reporting and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting frameworks, and business rules to support reporting and analytics.
• Document data flows, source systems, and reporting dependencies to improve transparency and reduce technical debt.
