Job summary

Bayview Asset Management seeks a Senior Business Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of Silver Hill Capital’s commercial servicing business in Coral Gables, FL. You will partner with the President & CEO to build tools, dashboards, and data models for real-time visibility into portfolio performance and investor outcomes across servicing segments.

This role is high-impact and cross-functional, translating complex data into decision-ready insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of analytics or business intelligence experience in mortgage servicing, consumer or commercial lending, or financial services.
• Demonstrated knowledge across mortgage servicing, lending, investor reporting, portfolio analytics, and credit risk.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service analytics for real-time leadership visibility across servicing segments.
• Develop portfolio-performance analytics and early-warning tools for delinquency and credit risk trends.
• Design capacity and organizational-effectiveness models to inform staffing and resource allocation.
• Create analytics supporting investor reporting and governance of obligations to investors.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption.
• Source, model, and validate data from systems of record and translate into reporting.
• Prepare complex financial and operational analyses and business cases for senior leaders.
• Apply AI-forward tools (Alteryx, Power BI) to automate reporting and accelerate insight.
• Identify and re-engineer servicing processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs and benchmarks for servicing and profitability.
• Other duties as needed.
