Qualifications

• Experience with data conversions and revenue assurance.
• Strong testing, release management, and cutover capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-year meter-to-cash implementation workstream as accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operations of the new system.
• Define requirements, design, and configuration for billing, payments, and customer programs.
• Own end-to-end testing strategy and deployment planning, including go/no-go readiness assessments.
• Lead hypercare and steady-state operations for the new platform, with service levels and learning transfer.
• Build and sustain a high-performing delivery organization and manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships.
