Job summary

TrendAI, the security arm of Trend Micro, seeks a Security Analyst to monitor alerts, investigate incidents, and communicate findings to customers. You’ll work with Fortune 500 environments, applying MITRE ATT&CK concepts and rule refinement to prevent threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years in a full-time security role; SOC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Operations: contribute to automation and AI initiatives that accelerate alert triage and MDR delivery.
• Threat Monitoring & Detection: monitor security events (Endpoint/Email/Server/Network) to identify anomalies.
• Alert Triage & Investigation: prioritize genuine intrusions and differentiate from false positives.
• Incident Containment: contain and mitigate threats with clear customer communications.
• Detection Refinement: refine detection criteria and malware analysis for prevention solutions.
• Customer Communication: draft detailed security alert notifications and recommendations.
• Threat Hunting: derive threat intelligence from incident analysis to improve posture.
