Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field is required.
• Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design experience for scalable AI/MarTech.
• AI & Data Technologies knowledge: LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, recommendations.
• Cloud platforms familiarity: Azure, AWS, GCP; observability and AI infra components.
• Integration standards, APIs, data governance, and vendor due diligence.
• Security, privacy, compliance, and risk assessment in AI solutions.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders; translate business needs to tech.
• Project management and requirements management capability; roadmaps & blueprints.
• Vendor and platform evaluation and build-vs-buy decision experience.
• Cloud certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing workflows and data flows to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Map end-to-end marketing processes and identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with AI architecture, data engineering, IT, and vendors on design and governance.
• Drive onboarding and integration of AI agents and tools into MarTech stack.
• Review architecture artifacts ensuring enterprise fit and governance.
• Design data pipelines with Data Engineering to enable AI data flows.
• Define performance, latency, and resilience requirements for AI services.
• Lead vendor evaluations and technology due diligence for AI solutions.
