As a Digital Marketing Execution Business Analyst on the Marketing Execution team, you’ll be the central liaison between internal Marketing partners and the execution team, intake campaign requests, validate readiness, and surface risks to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing or related-field.
• Strong familiarity with Agile values and principles.
• Track record of delivery-focused collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research and analytics.
• Experience presenting to clients or decision makers.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and build relationships.
• Ability to capture and share meaningful metrics.
• Strong aptitude to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep experience in requirements analysis and in developing functional requirements and specifications.
• Manage execution, monitoring, and control of campaigns using Agile principles.
• Define and recommend AI/automation-based solutions to improve efficiency and output.
• Manage changes, risks, and issues to ensure rapid delivery and predictability.
• Engage stakeholders to keep them informed and address needs.
• Absorb changes with minimal disruption to productivity.
• Apply knowledge of business needs to define and recommend solutions and build trust.
• Present recommendations clearly, focusing on key points to convey purpose.
• Advocate for best practices to standardize outputs across the enterprise.
• Pursue continuous learning and share it with teammates.
