Responsibilities

• Coordinate event timelines, budgets, vendor communications, and briefs.
• Manage onsite and virtual event production, booth setup, logistics.
• Own end-to-end webinar programs, including setup and promotion.
• Set up lead capture and ensure CRM handoff within hours.
• Identify target events and speaking opportunities; draft abstracts.
• Use AI to draft copy, briefs, and follow-up emails; speed reporting.
