Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing in the United States. You will lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs combining operational improvement, digital tech, analytics, and AI.

You will work with plant leaders, operators, engineers, quality, maintenance, supply chain, IT, OT and data teams to turn priorities into scalable, measurable results across plant and network operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science or business.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing.
• Experience with data models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and RAG solutions.
• Ability to translate AI use cases into data, architecture, and value realization requirements.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or projects in manufacturing tech.
• Willingness to travel as required by engagement needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping through value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities into delivery plans.
• Prioritize solution enhancements, validate use cases, and shape demonstrations.
• Document deployment roadmaps, training, and support for scalable delivery.
• Capture lessons and patterns to update design backlog and roadmap.
• Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, OT, data platforms, AI services, and analytics.
• Lead prototyping, testing, validation, training, and benefits tracking.
• Facilitate workshops across stakeholders including operations, IT, and cybersecurity.
