Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs. You will combine operational improvement, digital technology, advanced analytics, and AI to drive productivity, quality, and agility across plant and network operations.

You will partner with client executives, plant leaders, engineers, and IT teams to shape, design, and implement scalable solutions, with a focus on RAG, knowledge graphs, and AI-grounded processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing, manufacturing operations, or a related environment.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders and teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping through design, implementation, deployment, and value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and translate reusable capabilities into practical engagement plans.
• Guide solution design across ERP, MES/MOM, connected worker, SCADA, historians, LIMS, QMS, EAM/CMMS, WMS, and analytics environments.
• Lead the definition of manufacturing ontologies, data models, and knowledge graphs to enable AI-enabled decision-support.
