Job summary

Cozen O’Connor is building a multidisciplinary Legal AI & Practice Transformation team to rethink how legal services are delivered. The AI Innovation Attorney – Litigation will partner with the firm’s litigation practices to identify and implement high-value opportunities to use AI, redesign workflows, and improve how legal work is delivered.

This role requires an experienced litigator with strong AI fluency and the credibility to drive adoption.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
At least five years of substantive litigation experience.
Hands-on experience using generative AI in legal work with an informed view on outcomes.
Ability to translate among legal, technical, and business audiences.
Strong ownership of projects and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Curious, low-ego mindset and accountability for results.

Responsibilities

Partner with litigation practices to redesign workflows.
Analyze and redesign AI-enabled litigation workflows and processes.
Advise lawyers on where AI adds value and where not to apply it.
Lead pilots, build prompts and practice-facing solutions, and scale capabilities.
Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and knowledge assets across matters and clients.
Collaborate with legal engineering, data, and training teams to drive adoption and governance.
