Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences communications, medical journalism, writing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and copyediting skills with a portfolio or work samples.
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools used to support research, drafting, and editing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Stay current on developments in healthcare, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical research, and the business of medicine.
- Use AI tools to accelerate background research, draft content, edit for consistency, and manage workflows.
- Copyedit scientific content to AMA and AP style; follow in-house guidelines.
- Perform fact-checks and background research for accuracy and credibility of deliverables.
- Develop scripts for webinars and Q&A for medical professionals.
- Support production workflows and content posting in CMS systems.
