Job summary

Accenture is seeking Life Insurance Consulting Managers to lead critical workstreams across transformation programs in the Life & Annuity value chain. You will translate business objectives into initiatives spanning operations, digital core modernization, workflow redesign, data, and AI.

Successful candidates will work with senior stakeholders, design future-state solutions, and lead cross-functional teams through execution with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting, carrier, or transformation experience in Life Insurance/Annuities.
• Experience leading workstreams within complex transformation programs.
• Proven ability to shape, sell, and lead consulting engagements with stakeholders.
• Hands-on agile delivery experience, incl. Product Owner/Manager.
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and agentic AI in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs.
• Define transformation objectives, future-state operating models, and roadmaps.
• Redesign end-to-end workflows across business areas: underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims, and more.
• Help clients leverage AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve performance and experience.
• Design AI-enabled workflows with roles, orchestration, controls, and value metrics.
• Translate priorities into actionable transformation plans and delivery strategies.
