Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader life sciences environments with end-to-end drug development understanding.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated ownership in client engagements.
• Experience in product management, business analysis, and/or informatics strategy roles.
• Proven experience with laboratory informatics systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, scientific data platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes is a plus.

• Design solution architectures and workflows, staying hands-on to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption with gap analyses and mitigation strategies.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
• Proactively identify challenges, clarify problems, and act decisively to resolve them.
