Job summary

Purpose Brands LLC, including Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, The Bar Method, and Waxing the City, is seeking a Manager, Knowledge and Training to develop and deliver Technical Operations training and create clear, accurate knowledge resources for support teams and end users.

Reporting to the Director of IT Service Management (ITSM), this hands‑on role owns training and knowledge development, delivery, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical support, knowledge management, or training, with hands-on documentation or training delivery.
• Experience developing and facilitating IT support process training, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
• Strong ability to create clear end-user and internal support knowledge for diverse audiences.
• Applied proficiency with approved AI tools, including prompting, source verification, and content refinement.
• Excellent instructional writing, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and refresher training using instructor-led and virtual sessions, workshops, and self-directed learning.
• Facilitate onboarding and collaborate with offshore teams to coordinate delivery and reinforce training content.
• Adapt training for varying experience levels, channels, regions, and audiences; create knowledge checks and hands-on assessments.
