• Experience with at least one programming language (C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python), plus basic SQL and Git.
• Openness to AI coding tools and willingness to learn prompt-driven development while owning code quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal applications to support business operations.
• Diagnose and fix defects, verify resolution with requestor.
• Write clean, simple code and unit tests with guidance from senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews as author and reviewer.
