Tanya Creations in the United States is seeking an AI-first jewelry designer to redefine how we develop fashion jewelry.

This is not a traditional design position; you will combine strong creative judgment and fashion sensibility with exceptional proficiency in generative AI tools to rapidly research trends, develop concepts, create product variations, visualize collections and translate ideas into commercially viable fashion jewelry.

Competenze

Strong demonstrated proficiency with generative AI image and design tools.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals including proportion, form, color, materials, composition and trend interpretation.
Ability to take an AI-generated concept and recognize what is commercially strong, technically incorrect or impractical to manufacture.
Strong Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator skills.
Portfolio demonstrating both design ability and substantial AI-generated design work.
Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with rapidly evolving technology.
Ability to work quickly, handle multiple projects and respond to buyer or merchandising feedback.

Mansioni

Use generative AI tools to create fashion-jewelry concepts, collections, variations, colorways and merchandising stories.
Translate trend direction, retailer briefs, competitive products and existing best sellers into commercially viable new designs.
Rapidly generate and evaluate multiple design directions rather than relying on manual sketching.
Refine AI-generated concepts into accurate, realistic designs that can be understood and executed by product-development and manufacturing teams.
Design specifically for the customer, price point, consumer and manufacturing constraints.
Work with sales, merchandising and product-development teams on programs for major retailers, licensed brands and e-commerce.
Analyze successful products, competitive assortments and trend references to identify opportunities for new styles.
Develop coherent collections rather than isolated designs.
Continuously test new AI design tools, models and workflows and recommend those that materially improve product development.
Build reusable prompt libraries, visual reference libraries, templates and workflows for different customers and product categories.
Train and support other members of the design and product-development teams in effective AI workflows.
