Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an experienced Manager, IT SOX to lead our IT SOX program and technology audits. The role reports to the VP of Internal Audit & Compliance and collaborates with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to strengthen internal controls using AI and automation.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, develop others, and drive risk-based technology audits across homegrown and SaaS environments, with a focus on ITGCs, CI/CD, and SDLC controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, accounting, business or related field.
• 8+ years IT audit experience in public accounting or industry.
• CISA preferred; CPA/CIA/CISSP a plus.
• Experience coaching auditors and/or co-sourced resources.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual IT SOX plan including risk assessment and scoping.
• Lead end-to-end IT SOX program execution across ITGCs, app controls, and SOX reports.
• Set standards for AI usage across the audit lifecycle and review AI-assisted work.
• Coach and develop the Sr. IT Internal Auditor and review workpapers.
• Provide regular status updates on IT SOX progress to IA leadership.
