Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Investment Banking experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Support deal execution, financial modeling, and analysis across investment banking transactions.

• Partner with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to prepare pitch materials, valuations, and client deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing workflows and processes.
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development.
• Contribute to the team's broader strategy for adopting AI and automation within investment banking processes.
• Stay informed on emerging AI developments, fintech trends, and their applications within financial services.
