Job summary

Forbright Bank is offering an eight-week internship in Internal Audit (June 22, 2027 to August 12, 2027). The role focuses on control testing, ICFR reviews, and collaboration with audit leadership.

You will gain hands-on experience in audits, process walkthroughs, and documentation while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency. We seek a motivated Accounting or related field student who can work four days a week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills (quantitative & qualitative).
• Experience with AI and/or data analytics is preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing audits in line with internal standards and procedures.
• Document findings with clear, well-supported workpapers.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit across functional areas and stakeholders.
• Support AI-enabled tooling to improve planning, testing, and reporting.
