FJ Management (FJM) is seeking an AI‑savvy intern to join our Internal Audit team on real engagements across the business. You will work with auditors and the Data Analytics & Automation team, dedicating part of your time to improving processes and building AI-powered workflows.

The internship offers exposure to retail, refining, transportation, and corporate functions, with hands-on AI review under experienced auditors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with availability ~20 hours/week.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools to complete meaningful work.
• Ability to commit to approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit projects under guidance of the audit team.
• Use AI tools to convert transcripts into structured records and identify gaps.
• Analyze business data with the Data Analytics & Automation team to test controls.
• Organize evidence and document work performed, results, and conclusions.
• Draft audit findings and reports and track remediation with business owners.
