Job summary

Ericsson Inc. in Plano, TX is offering an Integration Engineer Intern position for a 12-week summer/Co-Op term. You will plan, deploy, and integrate software within cloud infrastructure, using automation and AI to optimize configurations and testing.

Qualifications

Experience deploying software including installation, configuration and testing.
Solid understanding of IP networking principles and protocols.
Familiarity with deployment in virtual/cloud environments like OpenStack, OpenShift or Kubernetes.
Proficiency in CI/CD, automation, AI, DevOps and agile workflows.
Collaborative mindset and teamwork in customer projects.
2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent; actively enrolled full-time in undergrad or Master’s.

Responsibilities

Plan, deploy, and integrate software products within Cloud Infrastructure environments.
Innovate with automation and AI to improve configurations, installations, migrations, and testing.
Prepare documentation, troubleshoot issues, identify defects, and implement fixes.
Dive into scripting and occasional coding to optimize solutions.
Build and test in Ericsson labs, customer labs, and production environments.
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.
