Qualifications
- Must have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of development in a large-scale, mission-critical environment.
- 5+ years supervising personnel in a technical environment.
- 2+ years' experience with automated testing including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering staff to implement a technical roadmap.
- Improve application performance and user experience.
- Drive efficient test automation and release practices.
- Communicate with Senior Leadership and both technical and non-technical audiences.
