Job summary

HealthLeap is hiring a Product Manager in San Francisco to shape product scope from concept to live deployments. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and customer success to deliver features and test prototypes using AI coding tools.

You’ll analyze data flows, read API docs, and turn feedback into precise product decisions. This role emphasizes healthcare product experience and regular cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, including taking a product from 0 to 1 and into users’ hands.
• Strong organization and project management across teams.
• Clear communication with customers and engineers, in writing and conversation.
• Hands-on experience with technical products: write and review SQL, read API documentation and sample payloads, understand data flows.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clinicians, understand workflows, and take new products from 0 to 1.
• Shape and deliver feature expansions for existing customers, then learn from usage.
• Coordinate changes such as data feed specs or API integrations across teams.
• Build working prototypes with AI coding tools for early testing.
• Investigate product questions: SQL, API requests, data tracing, edge cases and verification.
