Qualifications

• 1–5 years in growth marketing, product marketing, content creation, or related entrepreneurship with measurable results across social channels.
• Startup DNA: you've worked at small companies, launched side projects, or built something from nothing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-generated content, workflows, and analytics.
• Social-media native with demonstrated depth on multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, LinkedIn).
• Bias toward action: ships fast, learns fast, comfortable with ambiguity and minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Run growth experiments from zero to results—own the idea, launch, data, and next move.
• Show up where users are—TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, niche communities.
• Create content that stops scrolling—short-form video, social posts, blogs, threads.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to turn features into compelling stories.
• Leverage AI tools to move faster—generative AI, automation, AI-driven analytics.
• Live in the data—track funnel metrics, engagement, and conversion, then act fast.
• Be the voice of the user in launches, campaigns, and strategy.
