Volition Capital is seeking a driven analyst for its two-year Volition Analyst Program, designed for exceptional undergraduates or early professionals aiming to build a career in growth equity investing. You will work alongside Partners and senior team members to identify, evaluate, and execute investments in fast-growing software and tech-enabled businesses.

Analysts will develop financial models, perform market research, and utilize AI tools to enhance deal sourcing and pipeline management,

Qualifications

• Graduating senior from a top-tier undergraduate program (Class of 2026) or 1–2 years of experience out of school.
• Genuine interest in using AI to automate and improve workflows.
• Exceptional communicator with strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify high-potential, founder-owned growth businesses.
• Develop investment theses and market analyses to inform sourcing strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to source deals, sharpen outreach, and accelerate research.
• Collaborate with Associates, VPs, and Partners to refine investment theses and drive deals forward.
• Present investment insights clearly and concisely to the team.
