Job summary

Susquehanna Growth Equity is offering a Growth Equity PVC Summer Analyst internship to work with a value creation team, portfolio companies, and the Susquehanna investment team on go-to-market, pricing, and AI-related projects. You will engage with portfolio leadership and gain exposure to high-growth technology, franchise, and business services companies with multi-functional strategy duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and lead value-added projects with portfolio company executives alongside PVC team.
• Assist in brainstorming impactful ways to drive equity value creation across the portfolio (AI, pricing, etc.).
• Analyze portfolio company performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Benchmark capabilities and best practices across portfolio companies.
• Develop playbooks, tools, and repeatable processes for portfolio companies.
• Support growth of the SGE portfolio company community and collaboration with investment team.
