Job summary

Jane is seeking an AI-driven Development Manager to lead the Growth-focused development team responsible for activation onboarding and the new agentic onboarding experience for thousands of clinics. You will work closely with product, design, and data to ship weekly, instrument results, and iterate based on feedback.

You will stay hands-on, review architecture, and guide technical direction while coaching team members to grow their skills and careers in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software developer turned people manager
• Experience reviewing architecture, coding, and guiding technical direction with senior staff
• Growth or product-led growth experience with activation or conversion ownership
• Experience taking an AI product from idea to revenue and owning it end-to-end
• Strong instrumentation and experimentation mindset
• Experience coaching and helping team members grow
• Proactive communication and willingness to share a view even if wrong
• Healthcare or vertical SaaS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of developers, coaching for technical and professional growth
• Code, review architecture, and ship features to keep technical depth strong
• Own Activation outcomes with product, design, and data partners
• Shape AI-driven onboarding strategy and infrastructure needs
• Ship with small weekly releases and meaningful instrumentation
• Champion pragmatic AI adoption and responsible tooling for clinics
• Collaborate with Jane AI and other core product teams for a unified experience
