Demco Products seeks a highly efficient Graphic Designer to join our internal Creative Studio. You will transform pre-validated briefs and finalized copy into compelling design assets across digital and print media, while maintaining strict brand consistency.

You will work in a streamlined environment where strategy and copy are provided by experts, enabling you to focus on visual design and layout. You will leverage generative AI tools and design psychology frameworks to optimize marketing

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience.
• Expert-level with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and modern UI/UX tools (Figma).
• Knowledge of generative AI design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to augment production speed.
• Ability to manage fast-paced production queue, maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design a high volume of visual assets for digital and print channels.
• Translate copy and briefs into conversion-focused layouts.
• Maintain brand guidelines across categories.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate asset production and run rapid iterations.
