Job summary

Capco is seeking a Principal Consultant (Senior Manager) to join our Trade & Transaction Reporting capability within the FRRF practice. Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow, Permanent role, UK market focus.

You will lead cross-regime reporting transformation programs for major financial clients, leveraging AI-enabled workflows to drive quality, transparency, and efficiency while ensuring governance and oversight across EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR and other regimes.

Qualifications

• Strong regulatory reporting expertise across multiple regimes.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-jurisdictional transformation programmes.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver trade and transaction reporting transformation initiatives across global regimes.
• Support regulatory implementation, remediation, and control optimization.
• Analyse reporting architectures, data lineage, and data quality frameworks; apply AI analytics where appropriate.
• Guide implementation of regulatory reporting platforms and RegTech solutions with governance and oversight.
