Job summary

Grover Gaming - a Light & Wonder company is hiring a Gaming & Analytics Performance Manager to analyze game performance across multiple dimensions and drive data-driven product decisions. You will own quarterly gameplay analyses, identify trends, and recommend improvements while leveraging an AI-forward approach to prototype tooling and accelerate insights.

You should have 3–4 years in data analysis, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency with Tableau and Power BI; SQL or Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the gaming or casino industry.
• Track record of turning data into insights that informed real decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze game performance across parameters such as game type, category, state, venue, day, device, and player demographics.
• Publish quarterly reports detailing gameplay analysis, trends, and insights that guide product improvements and strategic decisions.
• Partner with Account Management and Account Executive teams to assess site-level performance and identify the factors contributing to success.
• Visualize and present findings using Tableau and Power BI, communicating complex insights clearly to leadership and field teams.
• Identify player-behavior trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Proactively recommend improvements grounded in data-driven insight to enhance player engagement and revenue.
• Juggle multiple projects at once, moving between shifting priorities and parallel workstreams without dropping the ball.
