Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) team in building secure, scalable internal applications. You will contribute across the stack using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, working with React or Vue frameworks and RESTful APIs.

You will apply AI-assisted development tools, participate in CI/CD workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions while adhering to security and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master’s or PhD with relevant experience in software development and security.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for backend and frontend.
• Experience building secure full-stack web apps with REST APIs and databases.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and velocity.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and internal tools.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation workflows.
• Use CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy solutions.
