Job summary

Pylon in San Francisco is seeking a software engineer for a Summer 2027 start, with full-time opportunities. You will build features for post-Sales teams, using AI to streamline operations, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering in a fast-paced, non-waterfall setting.

You will own projects end-to-end, iterate rapidly, and work with a team of senior engineers from top tech companies. In-person work in SF with competitive compensation and stock options is offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, engineering, or a related field.
• Available to start full-time in Summer 2027.
• Relevant internship experience or side projects building product features.
• Willing to relocate to SF and work in-person for this role.
• Bonus: prior internship at high-growth startups; AI fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build features so customers in post-Sales roles leverage AI to run operations more efficiently.
• Build prototypes, work independently, iterate quickly, and ship fast.
• Have high autonomy, own end-to-end work, and project manage your own tasks.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers in a non-waterfall, highly collaborative environment.
• Join a strong technical team of senior engineers from leading tech companies.
