Job summary

Otamiser in Belgium is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to architect for the long term while shipping in the short term. You will lead architecture decisions across the stack, design and build agentic AI systems, and extend our core web app with a React frontend and a Node.js/TypeScript backend.

You will collaborate with our CPO and CTO to evolve platform architecture, design for extensibility, and drive CI/CD improvements as we scale internationally.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in system architecture for production systems at scale.
• Passion for agentic AI, automation, and orchestration with production AI models.
• Strong experience with React and Node.js (TypeScript) in SaaS environments.
• Deep grasp of API design, data modeling, and service decomposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions across the stack, defining boundaries and data models.
• Design and build agentic AI systems and reliable production pipelines.
• Develop core web application with React frontend and Node.js/TypeScript backend.
• Identify risks, drive roadmap, and own features end-to-end from design to production.
• Improve CI/CD, plan for scale, and mentor engineers to raise engineering standards.
