The role emphasizes collaboration with non-technical business teams, evaluating AI tools, and building a shared services framework, with opportunities to influence AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of coordination/analysis experience or similar.
• Strong organizational instincts to manage multiple threads.
• Ability to translate needs from non-technical teams to a technical audience.
• Curiosity about AI/ML concepts and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data model and technology options with the broader technical team, surfacing key tradeoffs.
• Translate adopted technologies into usable capabilities for business teams, including front-office work.
• Engage with non-technical teams to understand needs and communicate them back to the technical team.
• Understand what different business teams need from AI tools and integrate them into a shared framework.
• Assist in evaluating external AI tools and supporting business-case development.
