Job summary

Morgan Pinnacle Group seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed inside acquired engineering firms, owning from discovery to shipped software and driving AI adoption. You will build tools, gain trust, and coordinate with on-site teams.

We look for 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong product judgment, and the ability to translate feedback into concrete builds. Travel is required and visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack product engineering with customer-facing or forward-deployed work.
• Strong English fluency and the ability to earn trust with non-technical users.
• Willing to travel Monday–Thursday, 2–3 weeks/month during the first 100 days post-acquisition.
• Proven product instincts: translate user pain into clear build decisions.
• At least one strong signal: startup experience (Seed–Series C) OR top technical education.

Responsibilities

• Embed on-site at acquired firms and identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
• Own the full deployment lifecycle: discovery, build, ship, production debugging, iteration.
