Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director in New Jersey to lead large-scale Finance transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A mastery with AI fluency and ERP tech to shape opportunities, win deals, and deliver measurable value.

Expect extensive client interaction at CFO/CAO levels and a mandate to drive transformative programs. The role requires a decade of finance sales or transformation experience, with deep expertise in PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A and hands-on AI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or equivalent
10+ years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation in consulting or Managed Services
7+ years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes at the center of design decisions.
Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programmes into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence and close large-scale deals.
Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A) and lead process re-engineering and AI integration.
Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
