Club Car, a leader in manufacturing of golf cars and utility vehicles, seeks a Manufacturing Finance Automation Analyst to design and implement AI-driven automation across finance, costing, and manufacturing processes in Evans, GA. You will bridge Operations Finance with IT and Supply Chain, delivering data-enabled insights and automated workflows.

The role focuses on AI agent development, standard costing improvements, KPI dashboards, and ROI-driven automation initiatives across manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business/analytics/IS/CS/finance field with IT background and automation exp.
Experience implementing automation or AI initiatives in finance organizations or manufacturing environments.
Strong foundation in costing, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Responsibilities

Identify finance and operational processes suitable for AI automation.
Eliminate manual reporting, reconciliations, costing updates, data cleansing, and variance analysis.
Design scalable automation solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and controls.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to develop AI-powered agents and digital assistants.
Build and deploy bots for standard costing maintenance, BOM validation, variance analysis, and productivity reporting.
Improve standard costing processes and profitability analysis; support inventory valuation and overhead reviews.
Map current-state processes and design future automated workflows; gather automation requirements.
