Job summary

DataAnnotation is looking for a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check valuation assumptions, and author judgments that teach models what defensible finance looks like.

You’ll stress-test three-statement models, trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers and faulty drivers, and write the defensible analysis when the model falls short. Flexible, remote, and project-based work.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English in explanations.
• No degree required; ability to do the work matters more than credentials.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and unsupported conclusions by the model.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you’d put in front of a CFO.
